Senior Manager, Data & AI Review Enablement

Location: Foster City, California, United States; at least 3 days per week in the office. Travel required 5–10% of the time.

Salary: $180,600–$289,300 USD per year, with potential bonus and equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Drive and improve the Data & AI Use Case Assessment process for responsible, compliant innovation.
• Review complex AI and data initiatives, assess risks, and produce clear recommendations and reports.
• Partner with Product, Innovation, Analytics, Privacy, Legal, Compliance, Technology, and Data Steward teams.
• Identify policy gaps and lead updates to data and AI governance frameworks.
• Develop guidance, presentations, dashboards, workshops, and training on responsible data use.
• Mentor junior colleagues and support cross-functional governance initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience with an advanced degree or PhD.
• Experience in data science, data governance, data privacy, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML, generative AI, large language models, ethical AI, and responsible data use.
• Technical proficiency in quantitative analysis, statistics, coding, data tooling, or data engineering, with the ability to interpret complex algorithms and datasets.
• Knowledge of data and AI regulations including the EU AI Act, GDPR, and CCPA.
• Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
