Clinical Pharmacist Lead - Pharmacy Stars

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $138,900–$191,000 per year, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Develop, implement, and manage clinical program strategies for the Pharmacy Stars team.
• Improve Medicare members' medication adherence and appropriate medication use.
• Support performance on patient safety measures.
• Analyze complex and variable data to draw conclusions and make recommendations.
• Facilitate consultations across teams and manage multiple projects.
• Make complex clinical and business decisions independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree or RPh qualification from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Active, unrestricted pharmacy license.
• At least 5 years of clinical experience in managed care or a related pharmacy field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and oral communication, strategic planning, organization, and project management skills.
• Ability to analyze complex data, work with ambiguity and deadlines, and make complex decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience with Medicare Stars, managed care, community pharmacy, residency, or fellowship programs.
• Experience developing clinical programs or leading related initiatives.
• Master's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of project management or leadership experience.
