Behavioral Health Clinical Liaison

Location: Remote, Washington State; working hours aligned with Pacific or Mountain Time (PST/MST)

Salary: $70,100–$126,200 per year

What you will do

• Serve as a clinical liaison for external groups, providers, Operations, and Medical Management teams.
• Assess and review member clinical records and behavioral health and substance use services.
• Interpret program results and develop data-driven analyses and metrics to measure program effectiveness and ROI.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders on provider education, outreach, reporting, data, and quality incentive payments.
• Track and resolve operational issues across provider networks, communities, and facilities, recommending process improvements.
• Represent clinical perspectives in meetings and support utilization, quality improvement, and case management activities.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work or Behavioral Health.
• At least 4 years of behavioral health outpatient care experience in a community setting or independent practice.
• Experience assessing mental health and substance abuse treatment plans across the continuum of care.
• Experience with managed care, case management, utilization management, or quality improvement.
• One of the following licenses is required: LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, LMHP, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist.
• State-specific licensure may be required for work in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Washington.

• Outpatient experience is strongly preferred.
