Senior Operations Project and Program Manager (Supply Chain)

Location: New York, New York, United States; in-office 4–5 days per week

Salary: $165,000–$175,000 USD annual base compensation, plus equity.

What you will do

• Own complex cross-functional operations projects from concept through completion, including product introductions, ingredient changes, cost and capacity optimization, and process improvements.
• Lead operational readiness for new product launches, covering capacity, sourcing, trials, production scale-up, launch execution, and post-launch management.
• Assess capacity, supplier, quality, and operational risks and build contingency plans.
• Prioritize projects, develop business cases, and provide feasibility inputs for network investment decisions.
• Analyze capacity, productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost data to identify improvement and margin opportunities.
• Build project governance, stage gates, status reporting, executive presentations, and post-launch reviews.

Requirements

• BS degree in Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in supply chain, project management, program management, or related roles, preferably in direct-to-consumer operations.
• In-depth knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement project management.
• Strong analytics and presentation skills, with proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel and SQL.
• Clear, persuasive communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to work in the New York office 4–5 days per week.
