Senior Manager, Program Management - Mobile Equipment Parts

Location: Bentonville, Arkansas, United States; onsite at 814 Respect Dr

Salary: $80,000–$155,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Manage MRO parts supply chain initiatives for facility-services assets, including supplier compliance, contracts, service-level agreements, and inventory stocking strategies.
• Use parts and materials data to forecast spend, assess asset condition and total cost of ownership, predict required parts, and support OEM conversions and SKU consolidation.
• Manage parts escalations from field technicians, including sourcing, supplier updates, order entry, aging purchase orders, and back orders.
• Lead supplier relationship management, including scorecards, onboarding and offboarding, performance improvement, and catalog management.
• Drive cross-functional program execution, process improvements, performance measurement, risk management, and executive communication.
• Supervise, coach, develop, and evaluate associates while building a collaborative, high-performing team.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience leading cross-functional teams.
• 3 years of experience using intermediate Microsoft Office functionality.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field plus 4 years of experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or a related area; or 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with program or project management, operations, compliance, data-driven decision-making, and process improvement.
• Must work onsite in Bentonville, Arkansas, United States.

Nice to have

• Experience managing a budget, profit and loss statement, or related financial process.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Project Management Certification.
