Senior Infrastructure Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, resilient, and secure infrastructure on AWS.
• Lead Infrastructure-as-Code practices with Terraform, including reusable modules, versioning, and deployment patterns.
• Build secure production environments for agents and LLM-backed services, covering workload identity, access controls, secrets, data handling, quotas, and cost management.
• Evolve monitoring and observability with tools such as Grafana and Sentry, including distributed tracing, usage attribution, and semantic failure analysis.
• Improve automation, CI/CD pipelines, reliability, performance, and technical debt management.
• Mentor engineers and communicate technical trade-offs, priorities, and delivery plans across product and engineering.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, or a related field, with significant AWS experience.
• Strong expertise in AWS, Terraform, GitOps, CI/CD, and observability.
• Production programming experience with Go, Python, or TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience building and shipping a useful agent or LLM-backed workflow, with an understanding of tool use, context, state, evaluation, failure handling, autonomy, cost, and latency.
• Strong security knowledge, including least-privilege workload design, secure coding, and development practices.
• Fluent English is required. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience is expected.

Nice to have

• Experience with Amazon Bedrock, Bedrock AgentCore, Bedrock Flows, Knowledge Bases, or Guardrails.
• Experience with Strands Agents, LangGraph, Model Context Protocol, or tool gateways.
• Experience with automated evaluation, prompt and configuration versioning, and regression testing for non-deterministic systems.
• Experience with OpenTelemetry, AI or data workloads under European data-residency constraints, cost optimization, compliance, or developer platform enablement.
