Senior Project Manager

Location: Saint Petersburg, Florida, United States; hybrid workstyle with at least three days per week in a hirify.global office, including Monday or Friday.

What you will do

• Lead large, high-complexity projects and medium- to large-sized project teams from vision and planning through implementation, reporting, delivery, and closeout.
• Develop project and workstream plans, define deliverables, manage resources, and ensure compliance with project and program management frameworks.
• Lead information gathering, requirements elicitation, stakeholder consultations, reviews, testing, and verification of project deliverables.
• Identify and resolve project risks, issues, dependencies, constraints, scope changes, and quality concerns.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, benefits tracking, vendor performance, assurance reviews, and project reporting.
• Build team capability through guidance, training, coaching, mentoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of general work experience and 3–6 years of management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of project planning, scheduling, requirements, risk, quality, scope, change, resource, and financial management.
• Experience leading project teams, stakeholder engagement, facilitated requirements sessions, user acceptance testing, and project reviews.
• Ability to negotiate with internal and external stakeholders, manage vendors, analyze data, and communicate recommendations clearly.
• Ability to work from the hirify.global office in Saint Petersburg, Florida, at least three days per week.
• Work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
