What you will do

• Support Compensation & Benefits journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Assist with position management, including position status updates, system reconciliations, reporting, and maintenance.
• Prepare reports, work papers, provisions, and reconciliations.
• Analyze data, facts, and other information while asking questions and identifying solutions.
• Learn from leaders, mentors, and colleagues across the Finance and Risk organization.
• Build professional relationships with colleagues and other interns.

Requirements

• Current junior with an expected graduation date of May 2028.
• Interest in exploring multiple areas of Finance and Risk and willingness to learn different functions and career paths.
• Comfort with finance and accounting principles.
• Analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Oracle, and Workday.
• Must be available for the full internship period from May 27, 2027, through August 6, 2027, and be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
