D365 Business Central Functional Consultant (Microsoft Dynamics): Delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations and system improvements for customer projects with an accent on requirements analysis, platform configuration, and ERP process optimization. Focus on leading discovery workshops, supporting UAT and migrations, and coordinating implementation, training, and post-launch support across finance, supply chain, sales, and warehouse operations.
Location: Hybrid role based in the Malta office, Mdina
Salary: €60,000–€65,000 per annum, dependent on experience

What you will do
- Manage functional delivery across new Business Central implementations and existing system improvements.
- Analyse customer processes and translate operational requirements into Business Central solutions.
- Run discovery workshops and document functional and business requirements.
- Configure Business Central and support UAT, data migration, training, and system rollouts.
- Own customer communication throughout project delivery and identify ERP improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience with Dynamics NAV and/or Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Experience in a customer-facing functional consulting or implementation role.
- Involvement in multiple NAV or Business Central implementations, upgrades, or transformation projects.
- Good understanding of finance, supply chain, purchasing, sales, stock, and warehouse management.
- Ability to run workshops, communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and manage workload independently.
