Model Geometry Engineer (Automotive)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain geometry for interior and exterior automotive design models.
• Create and modify presentation models, color and trim bucks, and show models.
• Prepare and optimize CAD data for milling, prototype construction, and 3D printing.
• Support full-scale clay models and other physical design representations.
• Ensure geometry quality, manufacturability, and compliance with project standards.
• Collaborate with designers, modelers, and cross-functional engineering teams on prototype and show vehicle development.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience working with CATIA V5 in the automotive industry.
• Strong experience in prototype construction and geometry development using CATIA V5 or similar CAD platforms.
• Experience developing show cars, concept vehicles, milling models, 3D printing models, and presentation or design validation models.
• Strong understanding of automotive design and model development processes.
• Fluent English, written and verbal.
