Senior Business Travel Consultant (Amadeus)

What you will do

• Support corporate travelers with complex itineraries, bookings, ticketing, reissues, refunds, and alternative travel solutions.
• Handle cases independently from start to finish while providing proactive travel advice.
• Manage multi-stop bookings, complex routings, manual rebookings, and Refund Applications.
• Apply corporate negotiated fares, customer-specific travel policies, and travel agreements.
• Recommend alternative travel options based on travel time, cost, environmental impact, and customer requirements.
• Provide customer service by phone and email.

Requirements

• Fluent Swedish and very good spoken and written English.
• At least 3 years of documented experience with Amadeus; 5 years or more is preferred.
• Strong, current knowledge of Amadeus, IATA rules, ticketing processes, fares, fare rules, changes, and refunds.
• Previous experience in business travel and working with corporate travelers.
• Experience with European rail bookings and relevant booking systems.
• Ability to independently manage complex cases and identify suitable solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience with public sector customers or large corporate accounts.
• Experience with hotel, rail, and car rental bookings across the complete business travel journey.
