What you will do
- Support recruitment across business units by sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including HR processes, systems, and integration into the organization.
- Plan and deliver employee engagement activities and workplace programs.
- Prepare monthly HR reports, analytical reports, and management presentations.
- Coordinate training and development programs, maintain training records, and track mandatory training completion.
- Support employee relations matters, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, investigations, and HR administration.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's-level education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of HR generalist or recruitment experience in a multinational company.
- Proficient written and spoken English.
- Solid understanding of local labor laws and employment regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, ownership, and deadline-management skills.
