Human Resource Coordinator (HR Operations): Supporting warehouse employees and operations leadership through day-to-day HR coordination, attendance tracking, employee relations, and engagement programs with an accent on compliance, employee experience, and people data. Focus on resolving workplace issues, maintaining HR processes and SOPs, and building a positive culture in a fast-changing onsite environment.
Location: Onsite in Atlanta, Georgia, Monday through Friday, with rotating shifts between 6:00am and 4:30pm; some weekends are required during peak season and based on business needs.

What you will do
- Serve as the primary HR contact for warehouse employees and provide reliable support for HR-related matters.
- Partner with management on corrective actions, investigations, escalations, attendance requests, and benefits questions.
- Prepare attendance reports covering UPT, PTO, callouts, and general attendance compliance.
- Develop and maintain SOPs for people programs and processes, supporting legal compliance and consistent practices.
- Analyze people data, identify trends, and recommend employee engagement opportunities and solutions.
- Organize engagement initiatives and reinforce a positive culture in collaboration with the People team.

- Experience working in a rapidly changing environment driven by continuous innovation.
- Ability to partner with management on employee-experience strategies and goals.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all organizational levels.
Nice to have
- Experience in a startup or similarly dynamic workplace.
- Familiarity with HR software and tools such as Workday.
- Experience conducting employee engagement surveys and implementing action plans.
- Knowledge of safety and compliance procedures, including onsite drug screenings.
- Experience developing and managing employee engagement activities and programs.
