Ground Network Service Agent Fri-Mon 8pm-5am (Logistics)

Location: Onsite in Melrose Park, Illinois, USA. Schedule: Friday–Monday, 8:00 PM–5:00 AM.

Salary: $20.00–$28.00 per hour, based on education and experience.

What you will do

• Allocate departmental workloads and monitor deadlines, goals, KPIs, and accountability.
• Support staffing requirements and scheduling for Ground Network Services operations.
• Develop cargo sort operating plans, dock plans, door sequencing, staging, segregation, and processing schedules.
• Manage documentation, manifests, bills of lading, trailer inventories, yard services, security, and facility access.
• Monitor OS&D shipments and support consolidation processing and workflow monitoring in e.tms Export and Import.
• Identify network capacity constraints, arrange contingencies, reroutes, additional trucks, and service provider equipment.

Requirements

• Expertise with the warehouse management system used at the facility and supporting technology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• GDP (Goods Distribution Practice) training.
• Ability to work onsite in Melrose Park, Illinois, USA, on the Friday–Monday overnight schedule.
