Patient Registration Coordinator

Location: On-site in Houma, Louisiana, USA

Salary: $18.00–$20.00 per hour plus bonus structure

What you will do

• Welcome patients as the first point of contact throughout the registration process.
• Process patients and verify eligibility for treatment services.
• Manage patient care documentation and administrative records.
• Support insurance-related administrative activities.
• Manage office documentation and inventory.

Requirements

• Previous front office managerial experience in a medical or opioid treatment program setting.
• Experience with insurance and administrative responsibilities.
• Availability for an on-site Monday–Friday schedule from 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., with a rotating Saturday shift.
