Talent Development Manager (AI)

Location: Paris, France; hybrid work environment with remote work allowed

Salary: €60,000–€73,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the Global Talent Programme, including talent reviews, development plans, succession planning, and internal mobility.
• Own the performance management approach, from process design and annual planning to manager support and continuous improvement.
• Define learning priorities and lead the global Managers Community and manager development programmes.
• Create practical playbooks, conversation guides, templates, and self-serve learning content.
• Identify AI capability needs and explore responsible applications of AI in learning, talent, and performance processes.
• Measure programme adoption, manager growth, internal mobility, engagement, and regretted attrition, turning insights into recommendations and action plans.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in talent development, learning and development, performance management, or manager enablement in an international organisation.
• Experience designing and delivering programmes and processes in practice.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders.
• Excellent written and spoken French and English.
• A pragmatic, data-informed approach and the ability to balance long-term thinking with hands-on delivery.
• Hands-on experience applying AI tools or practices to talent, learning, or performance processes.
