Guest Experience Agent (Hospitality)

Location: Remote; listed hiring locations include Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, the Philippines, Serbia, and Colombia.

Salary: USD 12,500–21,000 per year. Benefits also state an hourly rate of USD 6–10 based on experience and location.

A venture-funded, tech-enabled hospitality company providing distinctive stays for group travelers in the short-term rental market.

What you will do

• Support guests from initial property inquiries through the end of their stay.
• Handle escalated guest issues, troubleshoot problems, and make reservations based on requirements and budgets.
• Respond to guest communications by phone, email, and text while meeting service-level agreements.
• Coordinate with field operations teams to maintain consistent property and guest experience standards.
• Keep customer and property information updated in relevant systems.
• Build positive working relationships with field operators and local vendors.

Requirements

• Fluent English is required.
• Full-time availability during US Eastern Time business hours, from 7am to 7pm, plus weekends.
• At least two years of customer service or concierge experience.
• Experience with Zendesk and in a call center environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, critical thinking, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to understand and communicate business issues and technical concepts, manage priorities, and meet tight deadlines.

• Background in real estate or short-term rentals.
