Senior Contract Manager (Gas Services)

What you will do

• Advise and support project management teams during the execution of multiple international sales contracts.
• Analyze contracts, identify contractual and legal risks, and identify requirements for successful project execution.
• Support claims preparation and defense, change-order processes, and relevant contractual correspondence.
• Draft and negotiate agreements and support settlement negotiations with contract partners.
• Balance governance and business needs while contributing proactively to complex project challenges.
• Collaborate with the global Legal and Compliance community and project stakeholders.

Requirements

• Academic background in law, business law, or a related legal discipline preferred.
• Long-term experience in contract and claim management for complex international projects.
• Experience analyzing and drafting contracts or providing related legal support.
• Deep knowledge of contract law and international contract practice.
• Strong communication, coordination, intercultural, and teamwork skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English is required.
