Regulatory & GRC Counsel (Manufacturing)

Location: Krakow, Poland; hybrid work with 47 days of remote work per year

What you will do

• Advise trade, supply chain, government affairs, EHS, product, engineering, sustainability, and other functions on global regulatory matters.
• Manage enterprise regulatory tracking, analytics, and reporting processes.
• Draft and revise compliance policies, playbooks, procedures, communications, and training materials.
• Deliver regulatory training and conduct internal investigations on compliance matters.
• Support the Code of Conduct, Supplier Code of Conduct, regulatory guidance for corporate transactions, and related compliance programs.
• Assist with claims, administrative actions, litigation, pre-litigation disputes, and coordination with outside counsel.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience advising multinational companies on regulatory matters in a large law firm or in-house environment.
• Experience advising on EU regulatory matters and supply chain, trade, or sustainability-related regulations.
• Experience designing regulatory compliance programs and drafting related guidelines, policies, and training.
• Experience engaging with administrative and regulatory bodies and collaborating across functions and geographic regions.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate legal concepts into practical business guidance.
• Fluent English required; occasional travel and collaboration across multiple time zones are expected.
