Back of House Lead (Amsterdam)

Location: Pieter Cornelisz Hooftstraat, Amsterdam, Netherlands; onsite retail role with full-time availability, morning and/or evening shifts, and at least one weekend day required.

What you will do

• Lead the store's inventory program and manage all inventory-related tasks.
• Keep the back-of-house area organized, tidy, and easy to navigate.
• Coordinate daily destocking, restocking, manual replenishment, and store-to-store transfers.
• Manage weekly cycle counts and attend monthly inventory meetings.
• Receive and process shipments promptly, following up with store managers when needed.
• Communicate product concerns and collaborate with store leadership and sales staff to support customer service.

Requirements

• Full-time availability, including morning and/or evening shifts of up to 9 hours across 5 days per week.
• Availability to work at least one weekend day and punctual adherence to scheduled shifts.
• Strong organization, prioritization, follow-through, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and quickly learn new procedures in a fast-paced environment.
• Ownership, accountability, initiative, adaptability, and responsiveness to feedback.
• Ability to build relationships and handle customer concerns proactively.
