Air Pricing Analyst, Europe (Logistics)

What you will do

• Review and coordinate requests for quotation from CRM systems.
• Work with Sales, Account Management, Product, and other stakeholders to develop pricing strategies.
• Analyze pricing data using Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Convert customer formats, integrate pricing, manage responses, and audit bid submissions.
• Maintain RFQ bid logs, pricing tools, local charges, port-to-port rates, and tariffs.
• Support sales preparation, pricing projects, deadlines, and RFQ outcome follow-up.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of the logistics industry and pricing structures.
• College or university degree, or equivalent business qualifications.
• Three years of industry-specific qualifications or experience, depending on country requirements.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting, formatting, data modelling, and complex calculations.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent English required.
