Customer Performance Analyst (Data Analytics/Cybersecurity): Analyzing customer and product performance data to identify trends, risks, and root causes while coordinating resolution of customer-impacting issues with cross-functional teams. Focus on investigating complex datasets, monitoring performance indicators, translating ambiguous problems into actionable recommendations, and communicating technical findings to diverse stakeholders.

What you will do
- Analyze customer performance data and product metrics to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and emerging issues.
- Investigate large and complex datasets, identify root causes, and turn ambiguous problems into structured analyses and recommendations.
- Monitor product performance indicators and coordinate escalations with Engineering, Product, and Support teams.
- Provide evidence-based recommendations and communicate technical findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Own customer-impacting investigations from problem definition through resolution and improve performance reporting practices.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience deriving insights from large datasets.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools for analysis and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts.
- Strong organization, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in structured and ambiguous environments and collaborate cross-functionally.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or strongly analytical discipline.
- Experience with Looker or similar business intelligence platforms.
- Working knowledge of SQL.
- Previous experience in data analytics, business analytics, or performance analysis.
- Exposure to technology organizations and Engineering, Machine Learning, or Product teams.
