Senior Compliance Manager (Healthcare)

Location: USA - Any Location (Remote). Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Base salary: $130,000–$145,000 per year, plus performance bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Support execution of the enterprise compliance program in partnership with senior leadership, Legal, and cross-functional teams.
• Own the revenue cycle management, billing, and claims compliance framework, including risk assessments, controls, monitoring, audits, policies, and training.
• Conduct compliance audits, monitor results, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.
• Investigate compliance concerns and regulatory inquiries, analyze root causes, and track issue resolution.
• Design preventive and detective controls across patient access, coding, claims, payments, denials, appeals, refunds, and revenue integrity.
• Prepare dashboards and executive reporting on compliance posture, risks, trends, and corrective actions.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in compliance, risk management, audit, or a related function.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, legal, finance, or a related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
• Experience with audits, investigations, risk assessments, and translating regulations into business practices.
• Strong communication, stakeholder-influence, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Current authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, financial services, insurance, or another regulated industry.
• CCEP, CHC, CPHQ, CIA, CISA, or an equivalent certification.
