Sr. Rx Marketplace Program Contract Manager (Healthcare)

Salary: $91,000–$193,000 annually, depending on work location and qualifications.

What you will do

• Manage contracts throughout their lifecycle, including preparation, signing, storage, tracking, and implementation.
• Support negotiations and develop contract terms that protect the organization and enable program success.
• Ensure contracting initiatives comply with applicable requirements and minimize organizational risk.
• Partner with legal stakeholders on contract terms and lifecycle management.
• Maintain current knowledge of Rx Marketplace products, pharmacy industry trends, and contracting requirements.
• Support program development, client meetings, staff meetings, and research for existing and prospective clients.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience with a bachelor's degree, or 6+ years with a master's degree.
• 8+ years of pharmacy industry experience, including significant contract implementation or contracting experience.
• Strong understanding of pharmacy, health plan, and employer contracting terms, regulatory requirements, revenue structures, and industry terminology.
• Effective negotiation, analytical, critical-thinking, creative problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop a thorough understanding of hirify.global product offerings and contract them accurately.
• High proficiency with Excel, Google Workspace, PowerPoint or Slides, and collaboration platforms.
