Customer Success - Onboarding Manager (SaaS)

Location: Copenhagen office; office-based role

Salary: 30,000–35,000 DKK gross per month

What you will do

• Own and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for customers using the hirify.global One platform.
• Guide new and existing customers through KYC processes required to activate International Payments and FX products.
• Coordinate with Sales, Compliance, Product, and Development to deliver smooth and compliant onboarding.
• Set clear expectations, timelines, and next steps while removing friction and accelerating customer go-live.
• Drive early adoption, customer engagement, and long-term value from the platform and FX solutions.

Requirements

• Fluent written and spoken Danish and English
• Interest in B2B SaaS onboarding and/or KYC processes.
• Ability to manage structured onboarding and KYC processes end to end.
• Strong customer communication and proactive outreach skills.
• Detail-oriented, structured working style and confidence using CRM and operational tools.
• Ability to work from the Copenhagen office

• Experience in fintech, payments, or regulated environments.
