Client Onboarding Intern (SaaS)

hirify.global is a SaaS product company providing an all-in-one communication, training, and daily operations platform for frontline workers across retail, hospitality, manufacturing, and transportation.

What you will do

• Help plan, prepare, and run client workshops, including agendas, exercises, and follow-up materials.
• Create and maintain training guides, templates, onboarding content, and best-practice examples.
• Participate in client training sessions and help users and administrators adopt the platform.
• Test and review client solutions before launch against agreed setups and use cases.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Development to share client insights and maintain enablement materials.
• Coordinate project timelines, resources, deliverables, and documentation across Solution Excellence projects.

Requirements

• Interest or experience in communication, customer care, and project management.
• Organized, creative, proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn.
• Studying communication, project management, IT, or a related degree, ideally near the end of the program.
• Availability to work full-time during the internship.
• Impeccable Danish and English skills, both verbal and written.
• Located in or near Copenhagen and able to work on-site.
