Business Support Analyst – French Speaker (Banking Revenue Assurance - EUROPE T&M Team)

What you will do

• Interpret customer maintenance contracts and identify field service activities that are out of scope.
• Review service activities for assigned customers and prepare financial reports for billable work.
• Calculate charges according to customer contract terms, including rates, payment terms, and VAT details.
• Analyze business activities to identify revenue gaps and create executive summaries of associated costs or profits.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support efficient time-and-materials billing and invoicing.
• Identify process gaps and improve or automate workflows to reduce costs and increase customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent French and English language skills.
• Good technical knowledge of ATM equipment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; macro development knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong relationship-management and leadership skills for resolving customer issues.
• Experience with analytical and business software such as Oracle, TAMBA Tool, Invoice Engine, NCDM, SOM, and Power BI.
