Future Talent Process Engineer (Food Processing)

Location: Vernon Hills, Illinois, United States; onsite position

Annual base salary: $60,600–$77,800 USD. Eligible for a performance incentive of 10% of annual base salary.

What you will do

• Support customer projects from conceptual development during the sales phase through implementation and the start of commercial operation.
• Develop and deliver technical processing solutions as part of the pre-projects and projects team.
• Adapt technical work to the needs of multiple projects in a multi-project environment.
• Take responsibility for technical solutions and project quality while aligning with project management and customer needs.
• Collaborate with customers and colleagues in an international environment and use resources across the organization.
• Build technical expertise through local and international learning and project experience.

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a degree in Bioproducts/Biosystems Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Studies completed or expected to be completed between May 2025 and July 2027.
• Analytical and communication skills, initiative, teamwork, and customer-centricity.
• Interest in technical problem-solving, continuous learning, and professional development.
• Availability to travel.
