Cybersecurity Control Officer (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid in Porto, 2–3 days per week; candidates must be based in Portugal and hold Portuguese or EU citizenship or a valid work permit.

What you will do

• Govern data-centric cybersecurity projects across concurrent workstreams.
• Manage scope, identify delivery risks, and maintain data integrity.
• Coordinate between technical developers and senior business stakeholders.
• Translate technical constraints into business impact and business requirements into technical considerations.
• Define, track, and report KPIs related to migration and regulatory reporting milestones.
• Support reporting outputs that meet KYC and AML regulatory expectations.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience as a Cybersecurity Control Officer.
• Knowledge of KYC and AML regulatory frameworks sufficient to work with Compliance, Operations, and Audit stakeholders.
• Experience with project governance, scope management, risk identification, and data integrity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in high-stakes delivery environments.
• English at C1 level and French at B2 level.
• Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit, with residence in Portugal.
