Base pay: $94,400–$129,800 annually, plus eligibility for a short-term incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead financial analysis for mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and valuation of potential acquisition targets.
• Build and maintain financial models for forecasting performance and evaluating strategic initiatives.
• Apply scenario and sensitivity analysis to provide decision-making context.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and strategic projects using financial principles and cost-benefit analysis.
• Translate complex financial models into clear recommendations for business partners and executives.
• Coordinate cross-functional strategic projects and support long-term financial planning.

Requirements

• Advanced financial modeling skills, including forecasting, scenario analysis, and business valuation.
• Experience with financial due diligence and valuation related to mergers and acquisitions.
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to executive and non-financial audiences.
• Experience leading cross-functional strategic projects and influencing organizational decision-making.
• Typically 7+ years of relevant experience, or a combination of related experience, education, and training.
