Financial Analyst Sr (Insurance)

Base pay: $77,600–$106,700 per year, plus eligibility for a short-term incentive plan.

What you will do

• Provide financial analysis and evaluate results through reports, narratives, and presentations for management and the Board of Directors.
• Coordinate and communicate financial forecasts based on historical trends, industry information, and organizational or regulatory changes.
• Evaluate business partner investment opportunities using cost-benefit analysis.
• Create, maintain, and optimize financial models, reports, and forecasting applications.
• Maintain accounting and financial records, including financial statements, regulatory reports, and management reports.
• Support process improvements, resource allocation, and compliance with internal policies.

Requirements

• Typically 7+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
• Experience with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Ability to develop executive-level narratives, presentations, and Board-ready materials.
• Ability to assess risks, opportunities, investment proposals, and the financial impact of internal and external changes.
