Floor Manager - Fixed Term Contract

Location: Sheffield, United Kingdom; on-site at the Meadowhall Shopping Centre flagship store

What you will do

• Drive the commercial success and performance of the store through strategic plans, sales targets, and KPI analysis.
• Lead, coach, and support Retail Managers and Sales Advisors while developing team performance and progression.
• Oversee daily retail operations, task completion, service quality, and compliance with company procedures.
• Manage stock movement, store audits, merchandising standards, wage controls, and operational efficiency.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and collaborate with the Store Manager and head office teams.
• Deliver training and product knowledge development to maximise customer and commercial opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in premium or luxury fashion retail management or a similar high-end retail environment.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, coach, and develop sales associates and team leaders.
• Strong customer service experience, established local client relationships, and knowledge of client expectations.
• Experience achieving sales targets and managing budgets, stock levels, inventory control, merchandising, and loss prevention.
• Excellent knowledge of fashion brands, trends, and materials.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder-management skills.
