What you will do
- Lead the APAC Integrated Business Planning process for the Surgical Vision portfolio, aligning commercial demand, supply capabilities, financial objectives, and growth priorities.
- Facilitate executive planning and governance forums, escalating critical risks and enabling timely cross-functional decisions.
- Integrate market intelligence, demand signals, supply outlook, financial targets, and portfolio strategies into regional recommendations.
- Drive demand planning, forecasting, scenario management, risk mitigation, inventory optimization, and business continuity.
- Coordinate product launches, product changes, regulatory approvals, transitions, and discontinuations across the regional portfolio.
- Lead planning transformation through automation, advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, visualization tools, and ERP capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in Integrated Business Planning, Supply Chain, Operations, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or related functions.
- Experience in MedTech, healthcare, life sciences, or another highly regulated and complex global industry.
- Demonstrated success leading regional planning organizations and influencing outcomes in highly matrixed environments.
- Deep expertise in Integrated Business Planning, forecasting, inventory management, supply chain optimization, analytics, and transformation.
- Strong executive communication, facilitation, presentation, strategic thinking, and structured problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- MBA or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.
- APICS CPIM, CSCP, IBF, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent certification.
- Experience with SAP IBP, OMP, Kinaxis, Anaplan, o9 Solutions, or Blue Yonder.
- Experience leading large-scale planning transformation and digital capability-building programs.
