What you will do

• Support service delivery, operational health, and process excellence for the People Services Expenses team.
• Process company invoices and employee expense claims within contractual timelines and policy requirements.
• Perform invoice reconciliation, validation, payment submission, and expense report review.
• Act as a first escalation point for business-as-usual issues and guide resolution of complex tasks.
• Perform quality assurance reviews and control checks while identifyhirify.global operational risks and mitigation opportunities.
• Coordinate with Finance, HR, global business partners, Circle Leads, and other stakeholders to support SLAs, reporthirify.global, and change execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solvhirify.global skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for workhirify.global with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Experience in a multinational or shared services environment.
• Customer-focused approach and commitment to high-quality service delivery.
