Professional Indemnity - Lead Lawyer (Construction)

Location: Liverpool, UK; hybrid working with at least one day per week in the office. Other office locations, particularly Birmingham, may also be considered.

What you will do

• Lead complex, high-value, multiparty construction disputes.
• Act for construction professionals including architects, consulting engineers, surveyors, project managers, and design-and-build contractors.
• Supervise, train, and develop junior members of the team handling lower-value claims.
• Support new and existing client relationships through business development initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years' post-qualification experience.
• Previous defendant insurance, professional indemnity, and construction litigation experience.
• Ability to manage and develop other lawyers.
• Ability to work from the Liverpool office at least one day per week, or from another suitable office location.
