Senior Data Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Own and maintain data pipelines and dashboards used for team reporting.
• Define consistent core metrics and establish reliable data foundations for self-service analytics.
• Design and analyze experiments to identify performance drivers and recommend growth opportunities.
• Set standards for data quality, documentation, access, and governance.
• Use AI tools to automate recurring reports and accelerate analytics workflows.
• Partner with marketing and growth functions to translate business questions into actionable analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or another STEM field.
• 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, analytics, or business intelligence roles.
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with modern data stacks, including dbt or an equivalent tool and cloud data warehouses.
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards with Metabase, Looker, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to automate or accelerate analytics work.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience designing or analyzing A/B tests and experiments.
• Spanish language skills.
