Coupa Trainer with German (Coupa)

Location: Remote role associated with Bucharest, Romania

What you will do

• Design, deliver, and continuously improve Coupa training programs for end users, procurement teams, approvers, and other stakeholders.
• Deliver instructor-led and virtual training in German and English.
• Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, quick reference cards, FAQs, and e-learning content.
• Support new-employee onboarding, refresher training, post-training coaching, and user adoption.
• Conduct needs assessments, identify learning gaps, and track training completion, participation, and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Procurement, IT, and Coupa support teams on release readiness and communication for new functionality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Procurement, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in training, learning and development, procurement operations, or Coupa-related work.
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to deliver training sessions and create documentation in both languages.
