Salesforce Change Management & Training Specialist

Location: Remote, based in Lagunilla de Heredia, Costa Rica; occasional in-person attendance at work-related events may be required.

What you will do

• Lead stakeholder assessments and change impact analyses for Salesforce capabilities, process redesigns, and system enhancements.
• Define and execute change-readiness and enablement plans covering awareness, readiness, adoption, and reinforcement.
• Develop audience-specific enablement strategies based on user impacts, personas, behavioral changes, and adoption risks.
• Create training strategies and deliver role-based learning through live, virtual, on-demand, and blended formats.
• Build scalable microlearning, refresher training, just-in-time learning, and modular self-paced content.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and user readiness while maintaining the training catalog and learning materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Instructional Design, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience and knowledge.
• Four to five years of experience in training, enablement, change management, or a related discipline.
• Experience conducting stakeholder assessments and change impact analyses and converting findings into readiness and enablement plans.
• Experience designing and delivering blended, role-based learning for major initiatives and system enhancements.
• Strong project management, organization, facilitation, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience applying instructional-design principles and using Microsoft Office to create and maintain training content.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Salesforce implementations, enhancements, or adoption initiatives.
• Familiarity with Prosci, ADKAR, or other structured change-management frameworks.
• Change-management or training certification.
• Experience using Microsoft Copilot or other AI-enabled productivity tools for content development and enablement.
• Experience modernizing training materials into scalable digital-learning content.
