Senior Brand Manager (FMCG)

Location: Dubai General Office, United Arab Emirates

Global consumer goods company with a portfolio of trusted brands operating across approximately 70 countries.

What you will do

• Lead brand strategies, integrated brand plans, and execution for brands, channels, product lines, or categories.
• Develop initiative master plans and strategies to deliver measurable brand growth.
• Make brand investment decisions informed by P&L considerations to maximize profitability.
• Design plans that win with key customers and channels.
• Identify and lead new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products.
• Collaborate across the Category End-to-End team and relevant work domains.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 4–7 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Experience in brand management, category management, marketing, or a related commercial role.
• Demonstrated involvement in brand planning and execution.
• Work from the Dubai General Office.

Nice to have

• FMCG industry experience.
• Arabic-speaking ability.
