Finance Associate (18 Months Contract) (Finance Transformation)

What you will do

• Perform reconciliations between legacy and target systems and investigate data differences.
• Validate balances, transactions, reports, and datasets throughout the finance system migration.
• Support report redesign, user acceptance testing, system testing, and issue resolution.
• Document new processes, controls, operating procedures, and training materials.
• Provide BAU support for quarterly close, reporting, reconciliations, audits, and finance projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, information systems, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, reporting, finance operations, systems implementation, or transformation projects.
• Experience with financial data, reconciliations, and reporting processes.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with finance systems and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in insurance, reinsurance, banking, or financial services.
• Exposure to ERP, finance sub-ledger, reporting, or data transformation projects.
• Experience with process documentation and control frameworks.
