Pricing Analyst, Deal Desk

Location: Fully onsite at Malaysia's First Avenue Office in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia

What you will do

• Advise regional sales teams on complex deal structures, pricing, and commercial terms.
• Coordinate Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations from deal creation through approval and closure.
• Improve regional deal management processes, governance, and commercial velocity.
• Conduct financial modeling, margin analysis, CRM pipeline tracking, and sales forecasting.
• Review contracts for policy compliance and accurate revenue recognition.
• Monitor closed-deal performance, identify variances, provide recommendations to leadership, and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations.
• Experience with enterprise sales cycles, complex deal structures, revenue recognition, and commercial contract management.
• Advanced financial modeling skills and experience with SQL or Python.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot and business intelligence tools.
• Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and support commercial negotiations.
• Experience driving process improvements and turning data into actionable business recommendations.
