Collection Analyst (Credit Risk)

What you will do

• Analyze customer financial conditions, credit scores, credit limits, and risk ratings.
• Review fraud detection outputs and advise on potential investigations.
• Manage credit card chargebacks and negotiate initial and overdue payments with customers and sales personnel.
• Research delinquent receivables, resolve payment disputes, and identify non-payment trends.
• Support priority projects through research, data analysis, standardized reporting, and stakeholder updates.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically 0–2 years of experience, preferably in collections, credit, banking, or a related field.
• Knowledge of credit analysis, credit risk management, financial analysis, accounting, auditing, underwriting, and financial statements.
• Knowledge of SQL and data analysis.
• Effective communication, customer centricity, results orientation, learning agility, and digital fluency.

Nice to have

• Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) certification.
• Certified Professional in Credit and Collections (CPCC) certification.
