TL;DR

What you will do

  • Lead monthly financial performance reviews, reforecasting, long-range planning, quarterly forecasts, and annual planning.
  • Coordinate with VBS and the APAC Center of Excellence to deliver accurate month-end results, accruals, provisions, forecasts, and plans on schedule.
  • Monitor country-level financial and business KPIs and provide financial advice to improve performance.
  • Partner with local and cluster stakeholders to communicate financial outlooks, risks, and opportunities.
  • Prepare profitability, pricing, margin, cost, and other financial analyses for business decisions.
  • Drive process standardization, simplification, and participation in cluster, regional, and global projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and business-partnering skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work with ambiguity, lead change, improve processes, and deliver results.
  • Ownership and a forward-thinking approach to operational excellence.

Nice to have

  • CPA qualification or equivalent.
