Business Operations Analyst

Location: Riga, Latvia; hybrid work with the option to work remotely or from the Riga office

Salary: EUR 2,500–3,500 gross per month, depending on experience, education, and skills.

What you will do

• Build and own the central performance dashboard and metric layer for in-house and partner operations.
• Define performance metrics and baselines used across supply and operations planning, network performance, and quality.
• Streamline forecasting and planning cycles by collecting stakeholder inputs, challenging assumptions, and preparing model inputs.
• Track forecasts, capacity coverage, plan-versus-actual results, and capacity and demand scenarios.
• Monitor partner performance through scorecards, SLA reporting, root-cause analysis, and capacity reviews.
• Deliver concise insights, recommendations, leadership updates, and ad-hoc analysis for operational decisions.

Requirements

• Around 4 years of experience in analytics, business operations, supply chain, operations planning, consulting, or a similar data-heavy role.
• Strong SQL and advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, with experience working with large and messy datasets.
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards in Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or a similar BI tool.
• Ability to define clear, defensible metrics and baselines from ambiguous business questions.
• Clear communication, strong organisational skills, prioritisation ability, and a proactive hands-on approach.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Riga, Latvia.

Nice to have

• Experience in technology or e-commerce.
• Experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, or other cloud data warehouses.
