Data Operations Professional (Customer Data Operations)

What you will do

• Support client onboarding, offboarding, and customer data maintenance across multiple banking platforms.
• Configure and maintain settlement instructions for cash and securities transactions.
• Set up and maintain traded instruments and product reference data.
• Perform pricing maintenance, sanctions monitoring, and exception management.
• Maintain reference data such as FX rates, market indices, calendars, and account configurations.
• Support client agreements, data quality, governance, and process improvement initiatives while collaborating with Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Technology stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• At least one year of experience in banking, financial services, or capital markets.
• Basic understanding of financial markets and banking operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate across functions, and adapt to an agile environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of trade lifecycle, client lifecycle, or data operations processes.
• Exposure to securities, foreign exchange, money markets, derivatives, or collateral management.
• Experience with Bloomberg, Refinitiv, Calypso, Murex, Sophis, Summit, or OMGEO.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, Alteryx, VBA, or similar automation tools.
• Lean Six Sigma or CISI certification.
