What you will do

• Lead and coordinate Engineering-to-Order projects from initial customer request through successful delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage risks, resources, dependencies, escalations, and project progress.
• Coordinate collaboration across Sales, Engineering, Quality, Operations, and other stakeholders.
• Support feasibility assessments, project planning, and customer inquiries together with Sales.
• Drive compliance with quality, validation, qualification, and regulatory requirements while improving project management practices.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Project Management, or a related field.
• Several years of project management experience, ideally in a technical, regulated, or manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and stakeholders.
• Understanding of product development, manufacturing, or engineering processes.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with a structured, solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluent English is required; German is an asset.

Nice to have

• Experience with single-use systems, biopharmaceutical manufacturing, or medical devices.
• German language skills.
