TL;DR
IT Project Manager (Legal Solutions) (IT, AI, Legal): Managing end-to-end IT projects and business-critical applications for the Legal domain, from requirements engineering through implementation and operational handover, with an accent on scalable solution design, enterprise architecture, compliance, and service ownership. Focus on integrating practical AI use cases, facilitating stakeholder workshops, and managing budgets, vendors, risks, and delivery complexity.
Location: Elsbethen and Fuschl am See, Austria
Minimum salary: EUR 2,362 gross per month; market-oriented compensation is significantly above the stated minimum.

What you will do
- Lead Legal-domain IT projects from requirements engineering through go-live and operational handover.
- Manage scope, risks, timelines, budgets, stakeholders, and delivery using agile and PMI-based practices.
- Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions aligned with architecture, security, and compliance standards.
- Own business-critical applications and services, improving reliability, performance, documentation, and user satisfaction.
- Assess and integrate AI capabilities into business solutions while evaluating use cases, risks, and value.
- Manage external partners, consultants, operational budgets, and vendor compliance.
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluent English required; German language skills are advantageous.
- At least three years of experience managing complex IT and business transformation initiatives.
- Technical understanding of architectures, integrations, data flows, and enterprise applications.
- Experience with requirements engineering, process modelling, solution design, service ownership, continuous improvement, and vendor management.
- Analytical problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, and workshop facilitation skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in the Legal domain, especially Compliance Management or Data Privacy.
- Familiarity with AI technologies, AI-assisted ways of working, and practical business use cases.
