Project Manager (m/f/d) R&T; Transformers

Location: Sankt Ruprecht an der Raab, Styria, Austria; home office opportunity available

Salary: €62,609.54 gross/year minimum for a full-time position of 38.5 hours per week

What you will do

• Coordinate international offer processes and cross-functional teams, including collaboration with the Jinan location in China when applicable.
• Manage offer scope, timelines, calculations, and internal and external communication from bid decision through handover to project management.
• Prepare competitive commercial offers and comprehensive offer documentation in line with internal guidelines.
• Develop negotiation materials and support customer interactions and commercial discussions during the bidding phase.
• Lead cost-out initiatives while protecting quality, performance, and customer expectations.
• Manage customer communications and escalations throughout the offer process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, energy technology, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• Professional experience in international offer management or sales.
• Strong organizational skills and an analytical approach to complex calculations and processes.
• Ability to collaborate across diverse international and intercultural teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English for communication with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
