Automation Engineer (AI)

Location: Bulgaria, Georgia, Lithuania, Mexico, Moldova, or Poland. Requires at least four hours of daily overlap with EST.

Salary: from EUR 3,200 gross per month.

What you will do

• Design, develop, deploy, and enhance automation solutions for finance, operations, IT, and other enterprise functions.
• Define automation approaches, system integrations, and technical solutions for custom-built and commercial enterprise systems.
• Design intelligent workflows using UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate, Alteryx, Workiva, and similar low-code/no-code platforms.
• Build and maintain API and middleware integrations, including integrations using MuleSoft.
• Design relational and NoSQL database solutions, including Azure SQL, for automation logic, persistence, and reporting.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, optimize, and document deployed automations, data flows, and integration patterns.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in automation engineering, system integration, or a related technical role.
• Hands-on UiPath experience, or strong experience with Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Power Automate combined with JavaScript or .NET.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL, including Azure SQL or another relational database platform.
• Experience designing and consuming APIs, practical scripting experience, and strong system architecture skills.
• Understanding of master data management, enterprise data consistency, product management principles, prioritization, and requirements documentation.
• At least four hours of daily overlap with EST is required.

Nice to have

• RPA platform certification obtained within the past three years, preferably UiPath.
