Software Engineer, L3 Support (.NET)

What you will do

• Investigate complex customer issues across the application stack and identify root causes.
• Drive escalated issues through analysis, fix development, testing, and deployment.
• Develop enhancements and product improvements for customer-reported problems.
• Support customer upgrades and adapt existing functionality to newer product versions.
• Use troubleshooting, profiling, and diagnostic tools to improve reliability, scalability, performance, and security.
• Improve CI/CD and DevOps practices and share knowledge with engineering and support teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial .NET development experience in production.
• Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, and object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience with MS SQL Server and strong T-SQL skills.
• Experience with troubleshooting, diagnostic, and profiling tools; knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, REST APIs, HTTP standards, and OData.
• Proficiency with Git or another distributed version control system and experience in Agile or Kanban environments.
• Intermediate or higher English proficiency, spoken and written.

Nice to have

• Effective use of AI tools for development, debugging, troubleshooting, and productivity.
• Experience with large enterprise systems, legacy environments, and client-side development.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AKS or Azure Container Apps, and Helm.
